I was skeptical about this produce but after all the reviews, I decided to give it a try while on a Keto diet. I have been on Keto diet before but by adding these Keto pills, It really helped me loose more weight fast. After a week on the pills I had lost a total of 8.2 lbs. pretty exciting . Definitely will continue combining these pills on my Keto journey. Taste is not bad at all and they are easy to swallow. This is my favorite keto supplement to help keep me in ketosis and on track during those cheat days and temptations of cookies and donuts! I have tried other brands of keto pills and you usually have to take them at each meal. This brands serving size is two pills a day, and much easier to remember to actually take.
